Lions Club Jubilee

The Lake Orion tradition is back! We will have the carnival, fireworks, and some great new events like a canned food drive and a scavenger hunt for the kids.

We missed this Lake Orion tradition last year, but the Jubilee is back for 2021! We will have the carnival, fireworks, and some great new events like a canned food drive and a scavenger hunt for the kids.

Unfortunately, we can’t have the beer tent this year because we are a charity so we can’t take the risk of paying out money for setup and having it cancelled at the last minute.

Lake Orion Lions Club Fireworks

This year we are teaming up with the Lake Orion Fireworks Association to have one combined night, so this is the only one for Lake Orion!
Enjoy the Lake Orion Lions Club’s Jubilee Fireworks starting at dusk on Saturday, June 25. The annual show returns as part of the Lions Club’s annual Jubilee carnival in downtown Lake Orion that runs from June 23 – 26. The fireworks are sponsored by Converting Alternatives with support from the carnival complany, Skerbeck Entertainment and the Lake Orion Fireworks Foundation.

Pub Crawl, Presented by Elivate

The annual Lake Orion’s American Summer Pub Crawl runs throughout Lake Orion. We are so excited to support our local bars and restaurants this year!
Participants crawl at their own pace instead of all together in one huge group. Patriotic wear/gear isn’t required, but it is HIGHLY encouraged! Your ticket entitles you to drink specials, beads at each participating bar and the provided shuttle service.
Some locations are also offering food specials and entertainment!
Lake Orion’s American Summer is a local Lake Orion, MI business. We certainly believe in giving back to our community, so a portion of the proceeds from our event will be donated to the Orion Veterans Memorial.

Flare Night

It's time again for this great Lake Orion tradition of lighting up the shoreline!
It’s time again for this great Lake Orion tradition of lighting up the shoreline! This will be the 77th year!
Flare Night is a fundraiser, so please support the Lions by buying your flares for the best price at Wonder Cleaners or Ed’s Broadway Gift & Costume. As usual, there will also be people out on boats selling flares the weekends before.

LOFF Fireworks

It's time again for this great Lake Orion tradition of lighting up the shoreline!

The Lake Orion Fireworks Foundation (LOFF) blasts off their fireworks on Saturday, July 2 from the east side of Lake Orion, their usual location. Formally the Lake Orion Fireworks Association (LOFA), the Foundation is now a 501 (c)3 organiszation, so donations are tax deductible.
